Ophthalmology Support and Services

LC-4 will furnish frames and/or eyeglass lenses with an index of refraction equal to the range of 1.56 and 1.60.  Upon request eyeglass lenses will be available in 1.67 to include single vision, Bifocal D28 and progressive.  All lenses will be available in glass, plastic, polycarbonate or safety glass, plastic or polycarbonate. Lenses will be fabricated and provided in accordance with the most recent "American National Standards for Ophthalmic Lenses - Recommendation".  All ophthalmic lenses are in compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations (21 CFR, Parts 3 and 4) for impact resistance unless otherwise specified.   Glass and plastic ophthalmic lenses, single vision, and multi-focal are corrected curved lenses.  Glass ophthalmic lenses are chemically strengthened for impact resistance only.

LC-4 also furnish eyeglass frames meeting the following requirements.  All frames are made with the highest quality material and, are delivered completely assembled. Our Frames are constructed in accordance with the most recent ANSI Z80.5 or latest edition, requirements for dress and safety ophthalmic wear.  Our frames consist of durable material in various styles, sizes and colors to accommodate the varying range of facial features and prescription requirements, to include plastic, metal and titanium.  The metal and titanium frame selection include both spring hinged and adjustable nosepiece styles.  Frames sizes will need to include large frames (54-60).

Finally, LC4 can provide safety frames or lenses that adhere to the latest ANSI standards are available in:  glass, plastic, polycarbonate, single vision, bifocal, trifocal and progressive in any power necessary.
